This Seller’s Agreement (“Agreement”) outlines the terms and conditions between DecluttaKing (“Platform,” “we,” or “us”) and you (“Seller,” “you,” or “your”) for selling items on our marketplace. By listing items for sale, you agree to comply with this Agreement, our Terms of Service, and all applicable policies.

1. Seller Eligibility

• You must be 18 years or older to sell on DecluttaKing.

• You must complete full KYC verification (Government-issued ID, BVN, and any other required information) before receiving payments.

2. Item Listings

• All listings must be accurate, truthful, and complete.

• You must provide clear photos and descriptions that reflect the actual condition of the item.

• You must own the item and have the legal right to sell it.

• Prohibited or restricted items must not be listed (see our Prohibited Items Policy).

3. Pricing and Negotiation

• Sellers set their own prices but must comply with platform rules for the Negotiate Price feature (e.g., no offers below 30% of the original price, no offers above the listed price, and only 2 counteroffers per negotiation).

• All accepted offers are binding.

4. Order Fulfillment

• Sellers must respond to orders promptly and confirm pickup within the agreed timeframe.

• Failure to confirm pickup in a timely manner may result in order cancellation.

5. Payments and Commission

• DecluttaKing charges a tiered range of commission, up to 10% on the total sale price of each order (this rate may change in the future).

• Payments are released to the seller’s DecluttaKing Wallet after the buyer confirms pickup.

• Payouts to a bank account must be initiated by the seller from their wallet.

6. Cancellations and Disputes

• Sellers may not reject a cancellation request but can raise a dispute within 24 hours if they disagree with the cancellation reason.

• If the seller does not respond within 24 hours, the cancellation will be auto-approved.

• All disputes must be handled through DecluttaKing’s Dispute Resolution Policy.

7. Seller Responsibilities

• Provide accurate delivery or pickup details.

• Respond promptly to buyer inquiries via the platform’s messaging system.

• Maintain high customer service standards to avoid account penalties.

8. Prohibited Conduct

You must not:

• Engage in fraudulent activity.

• Complete transactions outside DecluttaKing’s platform to avoid fees.

• Sell counterfeit, illegal, or dangerous items.

9. Termination of Selling Privileges

DecluttaKing may suspend or terminate your selling account if you violate this Agreement, other policies, or applicable laws.

10. Limitation of Liability

DecluttaKing acts only as a facilitator between buyers and sellers and is not responsible for the quality, condition, or legality of listed items.

11. Anti-Counterfeit & Anti-Fraud Compliance

The Seller agrees to abide by DecluttaKing’s Anti-Counterfeit & Anti-Fraud Policy, which prohibits the sale of counterfeit goods, fraudulent activity, and any practices that harm buyers or the marketplace.

Sellers found in violation may face suspension, delisting, account termination, and legal action. This policy forms part of this Seller Agreement and is binding on all sellers.

By listing items on DecluttaKing, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Seller’s Agreement.
