DecluttaKing is committed to maintaining a safe, trustworthy, and high-quality marketplace for buyers and sellers. To protect our community, we have zero tolerance for counterfeit products, fraudulent activity, and any form of seller misconduct. This policy applies to all sellers using the DecluttaKing platform and forms part of our Terms & Conditions and Seller Agreement.

1. Prohibited Items & Activities

Sellers must not engage in the following:

• Listing or selling counterfeit, fake, or replica goods.

• Misrepresenting an item’s brand, condition, or origin.

• Using misleading images, descriptions, or titles.

• Selling stolen, illegally obtained, or prohibited items.

• Manipulating prices or orders to defraud buyers or DecluttaKing.

• Engaging in fraudulent transactions, including fake orders or false claims.

2. Seller Responsibilities

• Ensure all products listed are 100% authentic, accurately described, and comply with applicable laws.

• Provide proof of authenticity or purchase when requested by DecluttaKing.

• Accurately represent item condition (e.g., “used,” “like new,” “refurbished”).

• Respond to buyer inquiries truthfully and in a timely manner.

3. Verification & Enforcement

DecluttaKing may:

• Request invoices, receipts, or other proof of authenticity.

• Suspend or remove listings pending investigation.

• Withhold seller payouts until verification is complete.

• Permanently ban sellers found to be engaging in counterfeit or fraudulent activities.

4. Penalties for Violations

If a seller violates this policy:

• Their listings may be removed without notice.

• Pending payouts may be withheld.

• Their account may be suspended or permanently terminated.

• Legal action may be taken, and relevant authorities may be informed.

5. Buyer Protection

If a buyer receives a counterfeit or misrepresented item:

• DecluttaKing will process a refund (in line with our Refund & Cancellation Policy).

• The seller will be responsible for return shipping costs and any dispute resolution fees.

6. Fraud Prevention Measures

DecluttaKing employs various fraud detection systems, including:

• Escrow-based payments to protect both parties.

• KYC verification for sellers before payouts.

• Continuous monitoring of transaction patterns.

7. Reporting Suspicious Activity

Buyers and sellers can report suspicious items or activity via:

• The “Report Item” button on product pages.

• Emailing cs@decluttaking.com with details and evidence.

By listing items on DecluttaKing, you agree to abide by this Anti-Counterfeit & Anti-Fraud Policy.
Violations may result in immediate account termination, loss of funds, and legal action.
