Yes. You can make offers and negotiate prices directly with sellers before paying. Sellers can respond with counteroffers until both of you agree on a fair price.

Buy Now Pay Later allows you to get the items you want now and pay later in installments. It’s available for purchases from ₦25,000 up to ₦1,000,000, making shopping easier and more flexible.

When you pay for an item, your money is held safely in escrow. It is only released to the seller after you confirm that you’ve received your item in good condition. If anything goes wrong, you can contact support to step in before funds are released.

If you choose “I’ll pick it up myself” as your delivery method, you have 72 hours to pick up your item. If you don’t pick it up within that time, the order will be automatically cancelled and you’ll be refunded. A small cancellation fee may apply.

After the seller confirms you’ve picked up the item, you have 48 hours to confirm pickup in the app or contact support if there’s an issue. If you don’t respond, the order will be automatically closed.

Yes. You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it.

Order cancellations work by sending a cancellation request to the seller. The seller must approve it within 24 hours, or the system will auto-approve it and refund your money.

Once your cancellation or dispute is approved, your refund is processed automatically and sent back to your payment method or wallet within a short time.

Yes. You can track your order’s progress in real time — from when you make payment to when you pick up or confirm delivery.
