1. Eligibility for Cancellation

• Orders can be cancelled only before the seller confirms pickup of the item.

• Once pickup is confirmed, the order cannot be cancelled.

2. Buyer Cancellations

• Buyers can request a cancellation within the allowed timeframe.

• If approved, the refund will be credited only to the buyer’s DecluttaKing Wallet.

• A 1% cancellation fee may apply and will be deducted from the refunded amount.

3. Seller Cancellations

• Sellers may cancel an order if the item is unavailable or damaged.

• In such cases, the buyer will receive a full refund to their DecluttaKing Wallet without any fees.

4. Automatic Approval

• If the seller does not respond to a buyer’s cancellation request within 24 hours, the request will be automatically approved, and the refund will be processed.

5. Non-Cancellable Orders

• Buy Now, Pay Later orders cannot be cancelled and are final.

• Orders already delivered or picked up cannot be cancelled.

6. Refund Timeline

• Refunds are processed within 24–48 hours after cancellation approval and are credited to the DecluttaKing Wallet.

7. Escrow Protection

• All cancellations and refunds follow our secure escrow payment system to ensure fairness for both buyers and sellers.
