At DecluttaKing, your satisfaction and safety are our top priority. Our secure escrow payment system ensures that your money is only released to the seller when you confirm you’ve received your item in good condition.

1. When You’re Eligible for a Refund

You may be eligible for a refund if:

• You cancel your order before the seller confirms pickup.

• The seller fails to ship or make the item available for pickup within the agreed timeframe.

• The item you received is not as described, damaged, or missing parts.

• A dispute is resolved in your favor by DecluttaKing after investigation.

2. When Refunds Are Not Available

Refunds will not be issued if:

• You confirm pickup/delivery and later change your mind.

• The dispute investigation finds that the seller fulfilled the order as described.

• You fail to raise a cancellation or dispute within the allowed time frame.

• The order was paid using Buy Now, Pay Later (Buy Now, Pay Later orders are final — no cancellations or refunds).

3. Refund Process

Step 1: Request a refund via the app by starting a cancellation or dispute.

Step 2: Our team will review your request and may ask for supporting evidence (e.g., photos, videos, messages).

Step 3: If approved, your funds will be returned to your DecluttaKing Wallet within 1–3 working days.

Step 4: You can choose to withdraw the funds to your bank account or use them for future purchases.

4. Cancellation Fees

• Some cancellations may attract a 1% transaction fee to cover payment processing costs.

• This fee is deducted before your refund is processed.

5. Special Cases (Buy Now, Pay Later Payments)

• Orders paid via Buy Now, Pay Later cannot be canceled or refunded.

6. How Long Refunds Take

Refunds are only issued to your DecluttaKing Wallet and you can then withdraw to your bank account.

DecluttaKing Wallet refunds: Instant to 1 working day after approval.

7. Final Decisions

All refund decisions are made in line with our Terms of Service and dispute resolution guidelines. DecluttaKing’s decision is final in cases where parties cannot reach an agreement.
